Was curious to know if anyone else had/has a fascination with antique sewing machines.
Or also owns/uses one?
I currently own two.
Which I have recently bought accessories for and wondered if anyone else was familiar with some of the attachments that go with them.
Or what they favourite thing they’ve made with the machine?

I always thought they looked cool and vintage but I’ve never owned one 
My grandparents had one of those Singer sewing machines. It looks so cool. Sadly I don’t have a photo but I could snap one when I’m over at her house … I think my grandfather used it for fixing shoes, he was a shoemaker by trade and had a room separated from the house for his workspace where this sewing machine still is, and some of his tools are still there.

They pop up on facebook marketplace every now and then, but I haven’t used my basic sewing machine enough to justify getting one 
It is my dream to one day have one of the proper sewing tables with the build in foot pedal. I just got back from a holiday with my parents and the house we were staying in had THREE of those tables. Gluttonous. I was seething with jealousy.
