Are friends more important to you in high school or elementary?

I guess friends are always important but I think they are more important in high school than in elementary school. Because when I was in elementary school, I thought it was normal to not have any friends :sweat_smile: In high school, I really got into situations when I wanted to talk to someone and needed a friend. So, that makes me think they are more important in high school than in elementary school.

What do you think? Are friends more important to you in high school or elementary school?

I think you need friends in primary school simply to get experience with all the socialising, people and drama that comes with having friends. They aren’t as important emotionally, but they help build up knowledge and experience so that you can make and keep friends in secondry school, when you need them

Isn’t everyone friends in elementary? For me it was easy then, now it’s hard. In elementary people were all looking to find friends and formed big groups and invited their whole classes to parties… So tbh I think it’s more important then because if you have no friends at all then that’s sad for elementary oof. omg tough question
my crowd was different in both schools but they were really helpful in high school because well, you have someone to talk to.

people are more serious in high school than in elementary school, if there is real drama, i think it would be more serious in high school when compared to elementary school. In elementary school, everyone is kind of friends and really forgiving when compared to high school. If you have a problem with someone, it could be easier to avoid them with the different classes in HS when in elementary, everyone is just in the same class and you just don’t change.

i dunno tho ;-; times change so friendships change
AHHH SO TOUGH ;-;

Man i don’t even know. When I was in elementary I would just follow people around thinking we were friends, and I guess that never changed. (:

I was still a happy kid, even without friends. “Inviting the whole class” meant everyone but me, I didn’t even know they have parties :joy:

ya see, some people were undiagnosed autistics and couldn’t function properly in general society.
I literally called books my best friend, and got bullied from p1 to p7 repeatedly :joy:

Ah
I learned to hate birthday parties cus I usually ended up spending the entire thing sitting in a corner, waiting for the food time to arrive :]

So yea I think friends are v important in primary school, and the little I can remember from primary school is very much negative

I say not at all, I was picked on both elementary and high schools due to fake friends. Now they are boy crazy but to me boy are a little nasty to me. Luckily I still spy on my old friends social media just to keep up with what they are doing. You can never trust a friends that used you.
