High schools are very popular story settings and a lot of those stories end up having similar plot lines. What do you think? Are there any original story ideas set in high school?

Not to sound pretentious or anything, but although my story does take place in a high school setting, I haven’t seen any other stories that take place in a culinary high school setting and that are about teenagers who love to cook and are preparing to compete on a cooking show, so I’d say my story is pretty original when it comes to that concept. Most other cooking stories I’ve read actually take place in professional culinary schools or on cooking shows where the contestants are already established chefs.

Yeah yours is really unique!
I’ve seen a lot of Highschool stories that are the same but that’s not to say that all stories set in Highschool are like that. But tbf I’ve only read two stories at least on Episode (yours included) that were a bit different.
