Yeah, that’s absolutely true… The more history and the better quality posts in the past, the more stressful it is
Wondering about this, if you or Kate’s characters have to pick, how does this work? Cause you guys can’t pick, right? But having it completely random to me also feels a little off? Like then it’s as if their interactions do not matter, so just an idea, how about everyone can vote on who they think you and Kate’s characters would pick or something like that so we all as writers collectively pick based on their interactions without having the knowledge on the matches? (Or was something like this already the idea?)
Yeah, something sort of like that.
My plan was basically mine and Kate’s characters would be picking last, and it’d be up to the owners of the characters left to be picked for who they wanted. And based a little on interactions where applicable
So say it was the guys picking the girls for example.
The last guys to pick would be
Dawson
Elijah
Matias
and Rhett
And then say the last girls (and these are just random, the first girls I could think of) were
Amari
Ava
Desiree
Katie
Phoebe
So then everyone else would get input (probably a conversation here in the chat, but polls if needed) as to who goes with who.
But basically the owners of Amari, Ava, Desiree, and Phoebe (or everyone, depending on if the owners of those characters had a preference of who) would get to pick from the remaining 4 guys (but since there’s 1 extra girl, either 1 of them or Katie would get to pick from any of the guys. Basically whatever girl doesn’t have a guy pick her, gets to pick from any of the already paired up guys)
And, for example, the only one of these girls Dawson has interacted with so far is Desiree, so if there wasn’t someone specific that seemed like a better person to have her sit with, it’d make sense to have him choose her, but it would still come to a group discussion.
And considering Katie clearly isn’t matched with any of my males, in this example, the only possibility of the 4 for her would be Rhett. Unless y’all wanted to intentionally put her with one of mine to help figure out other potential matches, or each of the other 4 girls were paired up with the remaining guys. (At which point I’d probably turn it to a vote, or have her pick randomly based of off interactions/physical attraction)

Okay, I’m sorry if this disappoints anyone, I get it as the majority voted to keep the original. But I am going to actually use the new banner after considering the pros and cons of both (including people’s opinions). I’m just more comfortable with it

@CerealKiller I’m reading Tomer now, and why do I almost feel like he’s the female version of Rafaela, like they sort of have the same energy. I’m not sure if that makes them a great match or not, but it’s intruiging for sure
