I’ve always been told to make lots of layers when drawing so that you can fix any thing wrong. You can separate the arm making a new layer then erase the mistake.

You draw using digital
Why not use a circle tool and then add the chin
Maybe thatll help

Eyes you can make em lil bigger and shift em down by the nose
