Yes it is! Even after the RP starts your can still join.
Not yet! Starting Friday or Saturday depending on what I have going on at the time.

I was thinking about what role to choose for my female characters and was thinking to do something like bodyguard? (I’m not sure how to call it). She would be with combat experience (probably ex solder or police officer), she would be invited to join expedition to protect scientests and everyone else from possible dangers. Would that work? @Littlefeets

Alright everybody, I’m going to be away from home for the next few days so here’s a couple options.
We can start today since I’m going to be in the car for a few hours, (it’s 7:34pm for me currently), or we can start probably Wednesday.
If we start tonight, only Explorer Characters will be usable. For the next few days it would be before the Explorers reach Atlantis then around Wednesday or Friday next week I would move the plot forward so Atlanteans would be usable.
If we start Wednesday it would be Friday or so when the Atlanteans could be usable.
- Start tonight
- Start Wednesday
- Wait and start next Friday

Alright guys, we will start on Wednesday!
So I’ve got one more question, just so I can be ready for Wednesday.
There are two options.
Option 1:
The RP starts before the Explorers reach Atlantis.
At that point there will be a couple days for them to interact with each other, possibly talk about what they hope/expect to find. Then I’d create the post of them discovering Atlantis, then the people of Atlantis.
Option 2:
I can start the RP on Wednesday with the Explorers finding Atlantis, which is when they will come across the princess who would explain how Atlantis fell and bring them to her people. So probably by Friday, then all of the Atlanteans would be usable.
