Bands or just singular singers (artists)

Do you prefer listening to a band or just one person singing?

Personally I prefer bands, I like watching a group of people playing instruments as opposed to just one person. I do like sometimes just listening to one person, I like alot of solo artists but even they tour with a band.

I don’t really like watching one person singing with a bunch of backing dancers. But I’m interested to hear your preferences.
