This is an odd question because smart people can be beautiful but if we’re talking about like, how people rule, like if they rule with their looks or their intellect then like, I’d say ideally it should be brain unless it’s Boa Hancock from One Piece.

I don’t know. Though if we’re talking personal preference and the current climate then I’m inclined to say brains. This is only due to the likes of Putin, Biden, and Johnson… and me not find any of the three beautiful. HAHA
Wait, but what if the brains use their ruling power for destruction in the first place?
Yeah, I know, it’s dangerous. I was just comparing leaders today and say they weren’t beautiful. HA
