The best beverage for gaming is pretty subjective. Many streamers will say whatever energy drink they’re being sponsored by but I think it’s probably water. You gotta remember to stay hydrated. Drinking fizzy drinks can make you go to the toilet more.

True but if I was drinking two water then I have to go to the bathroom every 30 minutes. Even the gamer I watch drinking beer every time
Sounds relaxing but that can make you go to the toilet even more, plus if you drink too much it could put you off the game lol
I also don’t wanna tell anyone underage to drink beer while gaming
