Althought after Thanksgiving Faust had the most amazing time with his brother and his boyfriend and kids, there was somebody missing form making the family complete. Mom and dad. Faust and AJ loved their parents and owe everything to them, because when they had much less, their parents gave all they could for them so that they had the ample opportunities to become who they wanted to be. Faust had already invited them, with AJ’s blessing, and they agreed to come, but nobody knew when exactly they would arrive.
Faust woke that morning with the first specks of sunlight going through the slit in the curtains in his bedroom, hitting him nearly in the eye. His alarm clock hasn’t rung yet and he coudn’t go to sleep from that beautiful but not entierly ideal awakening. He just showered and dressed himself and made himself a tea with honey and lemon juice. He was slowly drinking it while the rest of the household was still sleeping. He took his water bottle and left the house for his audition. It was then, at 7:12 am that he recieved a text from his parents, confirming their arrival.

Hey there Faust, darling! We woke up early today so we’d manage to arrive during a sensible time. We just started driving but Kenny says we’ll arive shortly after noon. See you then xoxo
Faust smiled at the message. Even though most people disliked recieving text messages with punctuation and perfect grammar and usually find it unsettling or passive-agressive, Faust saw it as one of mom’s quirks and found it endearing. He could always tell it was her text because it seemd sweet despite the puncuation. He sent back a text

He then immediately decided to text AJ and told him to forward the message to his boyfriend and kids.

He then texted Ezra, but with much fewer details because he really needed to go soon.

Hey Ezra my folks are coming over today, just FYI
After writing the last text he rushed to get to work on time, and he managed to get there before Beck, a few minutes early. He sighed when he checked his clock on his phone. He saw that while traveling Ezra wrote back to him suggesting he get coffee for his parents and Faust smiled at how thoughtful Ezra was being. He responded back saying it was a great idea and saying his parents liked simple coffee and that they are the type of people to order cups of Joe instead of caramel maciatos and yes he mispelled it this way in the text but who cares it’s only texting.
He turned around to see Beck coming towards him and he waved to her. He wasn’t sure if she was just now getting there or if she was already on set but somewhere else.
