Lucy stood there… kind of shocked by how the guy was acting. However, she didn’t let anything that @$$hat said or did bother her in anyway. Yes, her and Blake had fun together, and yes there might have been sexual tension there. However, she was a married woman after all. At least that was what she told herself in this moment. That is what she would portray to anyone in this moment. Honestly in this moment Lucy was feeling all sorts of ways. She wasn’t sure how to express anything right now. She figured her and Blake would talk more about it later. Lucy wanted to laugh at how jealous the guy seemed. There was nothing actually ever going on between her and Blake. They had fun flirting here and there and sure sparks flew when they were alone. However, neither of them has ever acted on it. Sure, they might eye f^ck each other, but that’s as far as it ever went. She refrained from rolling her eyes at the awkward situation.
The way the guy clutched onto Blake was something to see. That is how Lucy knew the guy was jealous. There was no reason for him to be jealous though. Lucy wanted to say that so badly but didn’t want to make things worse for Blake. This situation was pretty awkward for her. However, she wouldn’t let it show on her part how awkward she felt. It wasn’t the fact it was two men enjoying time together. That honestly didn’t bother Lucy. The part that bothered Lucy was that it was Blake… Just the other week at the yacht party they were about to leave together when her husband showed up and ruined it all. Lucy was determined to one day and somehow get to have the moment with Blake that she missed out on that night. Lucy loved Steven. She really did. She just was confused and honestly Steven was away a lot. Which was really hard on her.
So, Lucy decided to smile and play all sweet an innocent. “I do have a husband, Blake you are right.” She said making sure the guy whoever he was could hear her. Since he had walked away from the door by the time she spoke again. After a moment she continued to speak “Yes, I can see y’all were in the middle of something. In all honesty I didn’t mean to interrupt you guys. For that I apologize. I didn’t see it on the paper that it was reserved. So, I came over to see if it was free or not for Steven and I.” She took a breath and downed her drink in her hand. "So, to answer your question, Blake. Yes, Steven is here with me. Well, you guys have fun. Again, I’m truly sorry for the interruption and mix-up as well.
Part of her wanted to lean in and whisper something to Blake, however she knew that Mr. Nosy @$$ would want to know what she said. She debated for a minute if she should say something or not. Then she decided that she had to. She had to tell Blake they needed to talk later. Lucy leaned in slightly. She then whispered to Blake “We need to talk later…” Then she stood back up straight. “Well, I’m sure I will see y’all around. Have a good night you two.” She wasn’t sure what else to say. So, with that she turned to walk off. Part of her hoped Blake would come in the hall to her. The other part hoped he would let her just walk away.
