He really didn’t feel like sitting but when she grabbed his hand and pulled, he felt like he had no choice in the matter.
When she leaned herself over on him, resting against him as if he was a pillow. He felt his heart rapidly beating against his chest, as if any minute it would escape it’s captivity. Words were lost for him as he fought the urge to make his move on her. He closed his eyes tightly and took a sharp deep breath before pushing himself away from her gently. He knew this would lead to misunderstanding, but it was something they were both good at. But the timing wasn’t right for him until he spoke his truth! Maybe then ?..
