Okay so I took a gander in your slides and yeah, some images and the blue you chose can be an eye sore,

I love neon eye sore themes lol

But this time it just doesn’t fit the rest

Thriving on chaos”. They’re both dark blue, but they are lower in saturation than the other images in the slide and they still fit the theme you’re getting with the dark blue, but they’re not such an eyesore …

Those are actually grey with a blue transparent square over them, the actual colors are much less saturated and blue

So it gives me a way to coordinate them if I change the square color

Yeah, so what I suggest is looking for images that are dark blue, but lower in saturation so they aren’t so vivid and eye-catching, bombarding you with so much blue, but instead ones that are still dark but closer to grey.

Also, you can always keep the dark blue, but when there’s information written you take the box it’s in and add a white color with the alpha channel being at 50% or lower, so you don’t have to change all the colors and the transparency makes it look less harsh on the eyes and it looks less saturated
