Maybe I write faster beucase I don’t have any prepp, like I don’t open other documents to plan out what my chars are going to say or anything I just see the post, see what the person said, open it when I have 30 mins free or something, think up on the spot what the characters will say, and write it out in a span of 15 minutes

It takes me longer if I have to come up with everything on the spot.
If I have something to reference, at least that helps me know where I’m going a little. At least to know what the goal of the interaction is.

Also when you’re replying in particularly long posts it’s a bit intimidating to come up with what you want to say quickly
And then if the character is very complex you have to get their behavior just right too

Ahhh, I’m unsure, do i spend tonight developing my characters and making slides for them, or do I watch what might be one of the most interesting games for the euro cup (Italy-Spain)? Or do I just turn on the tv in my room on the background and do the character creation simultaneously?

About that discussion how structured and prepared to be, I honestly sort of just wing it my posts, sure I try to keep everything that happened and the planning in mind, but I enjoy just having a bit more freedom.
When I was writing a book, I was overly structured and that also feels limiting in a sense
