It would be better for him to talk to a drunk them than a sober them, because if they were drunk, they would not realize how many empty pieces were missing in the puzzles, and they would not make sense of what he was saying. Then, when they confront him when they are sober, he would say to them, I already told you guys everything and walked away, without feeling anything

But then they’d be far more upset cause you’d be directly trying to manipulate them and hide things.

Not one question had been about his own mental health, his own fvcking feelings.

That comes after finding out the reason you disappeared for so long and came back trying to act like nothing happened.

Maybe it’d have been different if emi came back, and directly went to his siblings to have a conversation with them about it, and revealed he was alive that way.

If they had tried looking for him or asking around, they would have known that he was not dead if they had put a little more pressure on asking the mothers if they knew where he was.

Of course any of them would’ve talked to their mothers. If they thought their mothers were anything less than as worried as the three of them were, I’m sure they would’ve noticed and asked what was going on.

And honestly, the mothers are partially at fault too if they knew anything about why Emi disappeared or anything about if Emi was alive and didn’t tell the other siblings.

Yeah, so Mattias died not knowing if his brother was ever coming back, or for sure if he was alive

For a split second, Emiliano was transported back to their childhood days, when instead of Santiago, after Emiliano had made a mistake, had injured himself, Mattias would firmly place his hands on his shoulders, worry etched on his face, as he asked, “What happened to you?” before he would ever ask, “Why did you do that?” or “What did you break?” But Santiago was not Mattias, and he was never going to see Mattias again

He didn’t want to cry; he was not supposed to cry. He was a 33-year-old man, for goodness’ sake.

You practically came back from the dead Emi. It’s reasonable to cry when reuniting with family. It’s an emotional situation for everyone. It should’ve been a private conversation at one of their homes, not during a yacht party, and they all could’ve been crying.

I don’t think Emi realizes that his siblings probably would have all gone to war for him and been there to support him regardless, if he just told them.
