Well it depends
If you’re talking specifically about people from Quebec it’s Québécois
If you’re talking about francophone Canadians from any province - Franco-Canadians (Franco-Canadiens in French) or just Francos
People will also say Franco-[insert province] to describe French speakers from the anglo provinces
