Yeah but the police would’ve given a statement about that, wouldn’t they? If a celeb dissapears everybody would know about it the next day, unless the celeb in question or the people involved with the kidnapping want to keep it on the hush hush so they say ‘Oh she’s vacationing in Barbados’ or something to explain the dissapearance of celeb from the media,
So I assumed the police would’ve given an statement and started looking into the dissapearance. I also assumed Rowan wouldn’t be living in the house anymore since it’s considered a crime scene. I also assumed Rowan and Isla were both questioned already by the police
I understand the family not wanting it to get out for a while and asking the media and the police to keep it silenced until a certain date, but it’s been longer than a week. The media would already be full of articles, speculations of where she is, people doubting if it’s real or not, police brining out articles on it … I think everybody would be aware of it no matter if they didn’t talk to Rowan or Isla or her family.
It just doesn’t seem realistic for somebody to not know a celebrity was kidnapped or missing, especially not somebody working in the same industry

It feels like the police are in on it so they are so unconcerned by it. Not really paying it any mind. And as for the media, usually whoever pays the most can typically hush hush whatever by diverting attention elsewhere. We see it happen almost daily.
