Weekly User Quiz!

Alright, since it’s easier for me to do this on these days. I will be moving the weekly user quiz to Wednesday and Thursday. The quiz will happen biweekly instead of weekly due to the other tasks I have to work on while hosting this event. You will get a week to answer all of @CrazyCaliope polls that she makes. By the second week, she will tally the winners and close the polls. This will be how the setup will be from now on.
