Yes, their last name would be the house name and the Royal houses always be live in the capital. The other noble houses may live in any of the provinces (you guys will need to decide as a group) if you haven’t talked with your group you could put N/A for now

Is it Evranofe or Evernofe? In kingdom slides it says Evranofe and in royalty slides it says Evernofe, so…?

Also If no one fills all spots of other roles the families like parents and etc, there will be NPC’s? Or they just won’t exist?
