Talking of his brother, Eryx wondered how he was and how Madi was. Madi and him have been separated from each other for a couple of months before, they were like two or three years apart but Arden? not so much. Arden was attached to him for reasons that can’t be explained, and Eryx was to him too- after all, he was his older brother and Eryx tended to be protective over his siblings. He hmmed, he needed a distraction from thinking about his siblings, and his family- how fcked up it actually was and how normal at the same time it seemed, so he asked Hera about Ari, well not about her but of their relationship together, curious and needing a distraction before he lost his mind from being trapped here boredly.
Hera had told him that she did not want to hear about it, the argument last night was more than enough and all that. See, Eryx knew they were arguing, he saw it but he was not listening to them or paying attention, all he heard was that someone was a dirty cheat, they both technically were cheaters and Hera had a sister. That was all he remembered and all he heard, “Come on, humor me.” He told Hera, “I didn’t hear what you guys have to say, replay it, at least so we could pass time.” He added, “How did you guys come to be, also?” Though they were birds of the feather so Eryx was not that surprised, cheater with cheater, dark haired with dark hair- though Ari was blonde now no? hated most of the same people too. They were not similar in many ways, for example Ari was a b!tch not to him but to many other people and Hera was more rebellious and angsty from what he had seen than a true b!tch, “Bargain for bargain, you tell me all those things and I will tell you one thing you want to know,”
He listened as his eyes were closed, he pretended he was not listening to them, he should be friendlier and pay more attention he knows, but Eryx was just naturally like this, Hades was meh similar but not like like this. His eyes shot open when they said they liked it- the supposed lesbian, before he playfully rolled his eyes with a smirk as he closed them back up. “Of course you did, after all I was the one who to deliver. Though, it’s better you stick with women, after all, there’s no man as good as me,” He said with his eyes opened. Was that being cocky? Maybe, sure, whatever, but it was true. There was no man with a d!ck as good as him, that was common facts and common sense and besides he could tell Hera was not naturally like that- submissive, she was more dominant and he knew that so it would be better for them to stay true to their nature. What they had was a drunken mistake after all, “You were fun,” He replied, “Left a lot of scratches on me tho.” And he liked that, it was just how was he going to explain the scratches?
Hera looked like she had more to say before he heard the click of a door, the door was opening and Ari stepped in, her eyes emotionless.
