“Speaking of the devil,” subtly but playfully rolling his eyes, Dorian mumbled turning to face the girl that suddenly popped up and interrupted this very important conversation. A bright smile remained on his lips as he immediately returned the hug, whispering, “Wishing me a happy birthday doesn’t change a thing, but I’ll take it.” Of course, he wasn’t mad about it, it was a silly joke he just might mention a couple of times again. Andy can take that point but that means war. "Thank you, Z,’ Dorian quickly added, chuckling this time before taking a step back and shifting his gaze down to the box he was holding. “I’ll go now only because I want to leave this in my car and not because you hurt my feelings,” jokingly emphasizing a few words, he forced a frown before simply turning around and walking away from the two. But the moment he did that a soft smile met his lips - there was definitely something happening between them and in a way it was making him… happy.
Returning to the building and walking down the wide hall that was slowly starting to get empty, meaning the show was starting soon, Dorian just wanted to get the best seat and enjoy his time - for a reason. Not a really good reason but it is what it is. But his plans quickly changed when he heard a loud bang, a sound of glass breaking coming from a room he just passed. Not something he could really ignore and as much as he wanted to see what that was about, he stood there frozen, trying to see if something else would happen. Maybe a voice, another bang… but there was nothing. Maybe someone just got murdered, was the first thought that went through his head and he was really hoping that wasn’t the case as he finally placed his hand on the door handle and carefully opened it.
“You’re not that hideous,” a chuckle left his mouth as he found himself looking at a broken mirror. Luckily no one died… but the scene was shocking. Confusing. Delilah was the only person he could see in there, the one that broke the mirror and joking about it was the first thing he could do until he actually looked at her. Sitting down on the ground. “Are you okay?” Closing the door behind him but not taking a step towards her, Dorian whispered, getting concerned for the girl that didn’t really seem okay. Well, this was just a situation he never thought he’d be in. At least not with her so he didn’t really know what to do. “Delilah?”
