A smile formed on her face, turning her head as he spoke to her. She couldn’t help but laugh again when he mentioned it wasn’t his fault. “DID YOU GET PANTSED?” She giggled; trying to hold back the laughs as he was embarrassed. “Come onnn it’s not that bad, it honestly makes for a great introduction” Maddy bit her lip, smiling. She started to notice the amount she was smiling and laughing, though she wasn’t complaining. The jiggy? God knows what that meant, but it was adorable seeing how embarrassed he got over it. “It was cute, don’t even worry about it”
“So much… I don’t think there’s even enough time to explain all we’ve been through” She joked along, probably making no sense. Her eyes followed his hand as it reached his hair, combing through it. She looked down at her shoes, noticing her laces were untied. She squatted down, picking it up while peering up at him as he talked. “Don’t worry about it love, glad I got to say it just us two” Her brain froze for a second. Was she flirting with him? She was flirting with him. She mentally sighed, knowing that if… anything… she would later have to tell him about the thing. She was pulled out of her state when he continued talking. Chocolates? Now that was something she could get on board with. “That seems lovely, but only if they’re Belgian chocolates” she grinned, showing her teeth and all.
“It was enjoyable, even better pretending that I don’t speak English,” She said as that was the one thing she did moments ago to the security guard. Though as he mentioned he was her soon-to-be husband she started to laugh. “Of course, where to next? I was thinking the Maldives, or Fiji” She explained. Thinking of something else to say on the matter, “You know I can’t be married and not have a ring… I might just need a ring pop to cover this lovely finger up” She held her hand up, wiggling her ring finger around. When the words of ‘teach me your ways’ came out of his mouth she almost jumped up in joy. “Wait… will you let me teach you French?” she hoped the answer would be yes. That was one thing she tried to teach Riker, except he continuously failed. The only other person she knew of was Theo, as much as she had fun conversing with him in French she loved teaching other people things.
Although Elodie and Maddy had only met a couple of days ago, Maddy was someone who always gave gifts, and seeing as she was now important in her life she felt it was needed. She stared down at the gift in her hand hoping she would like it. She spent a couple of days going through her camera roll, picking out the best photos, and then printing them; the easy part is putting them in the frame. A collage of one of the goofiest people Maddy has ever met. She knew Riker would kill her if he ever found out about this; did she care? Not really. She looked up, trying to find Elo in the mass of bodies in this place. She pushed through people, getting rude looks while she continued. “Elo!!” She yelled out from a couple of feet away. “Happy Birthday!” She smiled at the girl, handing her the gift she was holding. “I hope you like it… and do not tell Riker you have this” She gave her a little wink before saying her farewell and heading off backstage

I didn’t know much about you because somebody wouldn’t tell me a thing until I finally met you the day we went surfing. But you are a lucky girl. Although, at the same time you’re slightly unlucky. Lucky because you get to spend time with Riker, unlucky well because… it’s Riker. If he loves you, I love you too. No matter the day, I will always be there for both of you to help with anything you ever need. Need some secret info on Riker? I got ya girl. Need me to help you plan something, or keep him away while you plan something? I still got ya. Although I’m a little biased. You have an amazing man (little child inside that body I swear) who will treat you with respect and care for you however he needs because he is no stranger to taking care of people. As much of an idiot he can be, he does care about everyone. I hope you love adventures, especially getting lost while you’re on them. I also hope you enjoy food because Riker is probably one of the best cooks I’ve ever met. But shhh don’t tell him that. Love his sense of humour, enjoy it. Love him for who he is and embrace that he is a gentle and caring person. And as much as his 6 foot self can handle, I don’t doubt that one day he will need you to lean on. Comfort him and love him in ways I cannot. Please don’t hurt him. I have seen him hurt and its not something I’d like to see again. I have seen him in love once. If you hurt him, I hurt you. Okay no that one was a joke, but I am protective… I mean well though.
I look forward to the day I can see him in love again. Oh and I just know that you guys will have the cutest little babies that will grow up to be the most amazing humans. Just like mom and dad :))
