“Don’t give a second thought to Dana, she’s not worth it Jezebel.” Dan sighed. In retrospect; Jezebel was 18 meaning her mother didn’t and couldn’t have anything to do with her life if Jezebel didn’t want her to. And… well let’s just say, Dan had met the woman and he personally didn’t want her to do anything with his family, let alone Jezebel. She was a definition of toxic mothers; right up there with Lily-Ann Collins. But at the same time; he knew that it always affected Jez whether she wanted it to or not. “dad and I don’t care if you win the game, Jez, we never have.” he explained. And honestly; it was true. The game didn’t mean anything to Dan - it was simply a fun game. A way to show people he could do it because he wanted to. He didn’t really care that his father had won it and his parents honestly never cared if he did. His mother was more into wanting him to win but his dad even went as far as to tell him not to play.

He smiled as the girl told him she didn’t have a preference and shrugged. “Good because it’s a boy,” Daniel responded with a cheeky smile as he led her to his BMW; one of the safer cars in the lot. Hell if he was going to put Jez in something unsafe when she was carrying for two. As he drove her to the hospital; he let the radio play, smiling as one of Jordan’s songs came on though he saw the look on Jez’s face and changed it almost immediatly. “So… I needed to talk to you about something and I… well I didn’t know when to bring it up… I need you to… just can you do me a favor Jez… stay away from Kai. He’s not good news.” Dan told the girl; sincerity in his eyes as he looked at her for a second before putting his eyes back on the road.
