Please be careful with some of the questions, as they are far too personal. We shouldn’t be asking users their age, even if just for you. It should be their choice and not a required question in a form.

It’s not required! That’s why I left name, age and nationality non-required. Although I can delete it.

I’m thinking of making one, but what questions would be too personal?
For example, could it be age group instead of age (like a range of ages)? Or just have it be an optional question?

tbh I’m not that private about my age, I’m 15 turning 16 soon. The first half of my first name was my previous username (which is why I changed it) and I’m not that private about my nationality (Indian and Nigerian), so the questions weren’t that bad

Same… I think it may be too personal to state the place you are from. Everyone knows I’m from Mexico, but I don’t feel comfortable sharing what city or region I’m from.
But in my personal opinion, I don’t really think that mentioning your nationality is that personal.

Ugh, I answered the question about the name of Mexico’s capital and I said “tacos” in Spanish class. The this is that they asked about food in Spain so I just assumed that was going to be the question for Mexico as well.
