The girl, the brantley, Louisa, the one Harrison had spotted had disappeared from his eyes as soon as he had asked Corin the question of whether or not the lady was lovely in his eyes. Taken by her fair-headed friend, the friend who Harrison deemed to perhaps be the most interesting lady in france- if her mother was not included. Because Duchess Margot was truly the most fascinating woman in france, she seemed to be hiding a lot in her eyes that even her paintings show, age be forgotten! If the duchess was not already married to his dear friend Father, than Harrison would have married her, she was filled with mystery that made Harrison wonder about her, how is she and who-outside of being a mother, wife and a duchess was she?
The fleur duchess was truly the most interesting duchess he had seen and met, and Harrison always knew that Belle would be just as interesting, and she was- he had heard tales of her behaviors in france which she seemed to show a little here- but unlike before, it seems that she was accepting dances and Harrison did want to ask her for her dance and as cruel as she could be- he did want to endure the cruelness to know her. She would make such a lovely bride, he thinks and a lovey friend. So when Corin had told him that anyone in relation with the lady- Belle rose fleur was the opposite of lovely, Harrison was amused.
He wondered- what had made him dislike her so? Then he remembered that Corin was french, so it had to do something with france he guesses. How had they met tho? They were surely not in the same social friend group to meet like that, “It seems we do have different tastes,” Harrison said amused, clasping his hands on Corin’s back, "One day I shall ask you about your relation with the lady, but today’s not that day. Harrison said his eyes twinkling as he began to look for another lady. One who seemed to meet Corin’s tastes.
As he looked, Corin had interrupted his looking as he began to talk. Harrison put his hand under his chin as he turned to gaze as the girl Corin was gazing at and a smirk reached his face when he realized who the girl was. Ah yes, Maisie Rutherford, one of the sweetest girls in the ton and from rumors he had heard from Lady Whistledown, the rutherfords were going through economic issues but Harrison knew Baylor well enough to know he would handle that- after all, it would not be very Baylor of him not to handle that. “That lady? I know a lot about her family dear friend and she does seem perfect for you. She is as lovely as day, so be careful with her heart, after all her brother is a friend of mine and she does not deserve a heart break,” Harrison told him as they began to walk towards lady Maisie.
When they had reached the lady, Corin behind Harrison, Harrison had coughed to get Lady Maisie’s attention. “It has been long has it not, my dearest lady? But it has seem that time has surely been good to you or perhaps it has been awful,” Harrison said his tone turning teasing at the end, "No, no it has definetly been kind to you, but perhaps it has been awful your face does look- no no it has been kind, way too kind on you that it is terrifying. I am sorry to blabber but I do have to introduce you to someone, He said taking her hand to kiss the back of it as he did a short curtsie. “You and him I think, would be quite the match and I do know you know a lot of matches, so do create a spark or a flame or whatever you wish to create.” Harrison said as he did a little bow, patting Corin on the shoulder as he gave him a look of encouragement.
