no bc I got picked to memorize Romeo and Juliet’s balcony scene and recreate it in class with a dude in high school

I think about it every. single. time. I write for Orpheus when he talks to Belle. not even kidding you. that entire dialogue runs through my head when I go to write for him. he is very Romeo balcony scene coded

If they’re your brother or your sister it isn’t polite, but it’s very polite to dance with your cousins, especially since back then it was all right to marry your cousin if the match was good, then it’s encouraged to dance with your cousins. I can remeber several plot points from different Austen books where the heroines danced with their cousins or were told to dance with them and it wasn’t impolite.
