This sound used to have such a chokehold on me tbh, because a simmilar sound to this was used with a format where the first line would be something the author finds normal and then somebody asks “is this how it is for you?” or something simmilar and the author would realize what they’ve found to be normal behaviour was a response to traume, something depressive or something people did to them which made them devalue themselves in the present

Oh well it’s from one of her secrets, so I can’t tell you, sorry babes … I have a feeling in today’s world she’s be open about this that’s why it’s in her username, but such a thing doesn’t exist today, today we have things simmilar but they’re not nearly as impactful and they go by a different name
