I was thinking since the next person to answer questions is based on the amount of questions and the activity in the previous question thread, the first person to be chosen would be one of the creators, but that was just how I thought it would be done best in my opinion

Activity will play a factor in getting that person a better opportunity to get chosen through a randomization system, but if you all attempt to ask questions at all, you will all be in the race to be the next individual picked.
If you don’t participate at all, however, you will not be picked

Responses can also be avoidance of answers. Say, if the character doesn’t want to talk about something, they can respond in a turn around way or simply say “I’m not talking about that with you”
and we can attempt to get them to open up some more
