Not sure.

For college final overall grades have required a C (70) to pass.
There were a few that needed a 60, but those were just stuff that wasn’t required for engineering. (Though, that would’ve tanked gpa which is a must for some scholarships)

Then high school had a unique grading system. (On an assignment you could get a 0, 50, 85, or 100, and if it as under 85 you needed to fix it cause it didn’t meet all requirements. Then fixing it could go up to 70, 85 or 100)
