Don’t forget, half my BR characters formed in the middle of BR and their secrets formed as the RP went along

Yes @astxrism it would be such a shame to waste such good characters just because you’re busy when it starts. I have a few NPCs I hope to be allowed to introduce later on, but for now they’re all away from england, one of the characters is in Africa and the other is in Switzerland, and if I’ll be allowed one more character I’m bringing in the one from Switzerland.
You can definitely say that your characters were delayed to join the season right away because of something that happened or because of travel problems or something and joined later and you can keep the characters.
It would also be cool if you made a secret or something that explains why they were away … that would probably be fun to imagine and plan …

What is important is the introduction of Margo to the Queen, but with that as well, you can say she was introduced to the Queen (becuase that introduction is written only through the form beni sent out just now and not posts) and then suddenly fell ill and couldn’t attend anything until she got better, which is when she joins. For your male characters you can definitely have him never be a part of the season until he arrives in the middle of it
I will say, you’re not alone.
I’ve hardly planned with people. And I don’t really even have secrets for one of mine either.
