Ehm… I don’t know where there are islands :joy: Greece + other countries in the Mediterranean lol, Indonesia, Philippines + other islands there around, Canada, Ireland, Finland, Sweden and the Caribbean are places with islands… right? :laughing: Why are some islands less expensive than regular apartments? Maybe they don’t have running water and electricity and stuff…

I prefer buying books because I always forget to return the book back to the library which I end up paying fees because of that. Also, the last time I went to the library my sister’s dog tore out the last pages of the book I borrowed. It was the end of the epilogue too. :expressionless:

Manga mainly because I read through the books so quickly. I rather own them versus borrowing them instead. I mean I rather buy any book other than nonfiction books.

If I had to be books I want to burrow then it would be non-fiction since I actually do not like that genre. Those are books I would return to the library instead.

Buying books! That way you can always go back and reread at any time! Books are so amazing so why not build a huge collection of them!
The only books I ever borrow In any way is some school textbooks because they’re less expensive to rent than buy.

I think I prefer owning books, because then I don’t worry about it. If were counting money as a relevant concern, borrowing from a library is definitely better cause it’s free.

I like owning books that I use a lot–books I enjoy reading, D&D handbooks, books in other languages (also really hard to get from libraries and I just take too long reading them).

I prefer borrowing books if I don’t know if I’ll like them or if I have to read them for a class.
