Chemistry, Biology and Physics

This thread gives a brief explanation of what each science is, the differences between them, and which ones you should study depending on your plans for the future

PHYSICS is a branch of science that studies the nature and properties of matter and energy. As my favourite physics teacher described it; Physics tells you the fundamental reasons to why thinks work.

CHEMISTRY is a branch of science that studies the identification of the substances of which matter is composed; the investigation of their properties and the ways in which they interact, combine, and change; and the use of these processes to form new substances. Basically it’s combining chemicals and making stuff explode /hj

BIOLOGY is a branch of science that studies living organisms, divided into many specialized fields that cover their morphology, physiology, anatomy, behavior, origin, and distribution. If it’s alive it’s biology.

Here is a non-exclusive list of what you should study, depending on your goals.

Well, it’s just the certain class.

Read the rant.

I don’t have any questions, I’m just here to say that I actually miss having biology and chemistry! I enjoyed my classes, it was always interesting to me. Especially biology :sob:
