Alright, though I worry you’re setting yourself up with too much on here again.
I believe it has been. Though even after being removed the tag can still show up, even with usernames.
I’m not too worried for flairs, 'cause generally they’ll just change to the next group in the user’s list. As for PMs, they’ll have to have the tag removed with people added individually or they’ll just be deleted.

Okay, let’s look.
I clicked on this tag (@/Familie) and there are two PM and one archive listed under this tag. I don’t know if they were important or concluded unless clicked, so all I can see is that they were last active in March & April 2021.
Are you sure the Netherrealm tag is used on the PM’s members, 'cause the group tag doesn’t have messages attached to it?

It’s been a while since I started looking for someone to take over, so if at some point somebody wants to do this again, they can also just get a new tag and start new

Ohh, because we have a few PMs that we talk in occasionally and adding back 20+ people would be hard. I asked some others and they said they want to keep the tag though

The problem is the PMs (especially occasionally active ones) really don’t help bring in activity to the forums. If we keep it, then can I ask that the utensils please start using the tag with the forums again?! Prove it’s a group tag and not just for PMs.
I should be good! I plan for the challenges to be a month long event instead of weekly. Gives everyone time to post updates. I’m going to work on a proper schedule to make the events easier to post. The new job will make this easier because I know my days off will be Friday and Saturday every week. I’ll write out all the poll responses first instead of creating them on the spot like I used to.

Like do the tags cost that much to maintain that you need to remove them even when it might result in people losing their cherished groups and memories?
Since we still use it for dms it’s not dead so why remove it

Netherrealm is still used. I don’t really care about my Friday chats or whatever thing. I think there are a lot of private PMs that would probably scare people away rather than attracting people through traffic.
I don’t mean that because there’s anything particularly scary being discussed. I just know what it feels like to try to join a new community where everyone has pre-established friend groups, inside jokes, linguistic quirks etc that I struggle to get in on. Utensils is a very niche thing that I don’t think anyone would appreciate until they are part of the forums for a long time, for example.

Yeah, whereas the group chats and stuff seem a lot more like a community thing rather than a very niche friends group that are “exclusive”. I love the group chats we used to have on here! I do think that PMs are a very special part of the forums though

Just gonna slip in and say if you wanna delete any of my tags that haven’t been used in a while, you can go for it, I have no intention of picking them back up again. You have full reign to do whatever you please in that regard.
