So do I just select this or something? I’m confused

Yes, this could be something you choose. Is that the one you choose, @Duckling?

So Salazar has three weapons to choose from: “Earth Tremor”, “Whirlwind”, and magic “It’s ALIVE”. As well as a skill, “Soothing Words”, which can only be used once per area.

Sure, I’ll chose this one, cause why not :eyes::green_heart:

Watching Kiya’s tornado and seeing its success, Salazar figured more wind might just overbalance the Ceremic Golem. Throwing him off and sending him crashing to the ground. Unlike Kiya though, Salazar’s magic was in the form of spell rather than the hands. Salazar muttered an incantation, just loud enough for it to be effective but too quiet for the creature to hear. The wind picked up again, whirling round the monster, faster and faster, pulling the monster to its base. Within seconds the Golem’s ceramics were being torn off him and he was crumbling to the ground. (-2 damage to the creature) He was destroyed.

The whirlwind died down and once again the group was left in a mostly quiet tomb containing a pile of broken pottery. With one except, that is. At the bottom of the pile, down by Salazar’s foot, were four gold coin stacked on top of each other, which they were convinced had just appeared there. Picking them up, Salazar tossed a coin each to the others and the group left the tomb, returning to a waiting elf.

After filling in Lucan on all the noise heard from in the tomb, they all continued the opposite way to the vanishing stairs. Walking through the ruins of the old city was eerie. Something catches Patrin’s eye. Something is coming slowly out from behind a cracked pillar. A strange being with horns and a long tail; it’s a ragged Tiefling. The Tiefling promises to give each of you a powerful gift from the infernal realm.

I want to say yes but Lucan is cautious so I guess I’m saying no again~

Lucan stepped back, cautious of whatever the Tiefling has to offer. However, it backfired, as this angered the Teifling. As Lucan backed away, the being casts a dark spell to cause a stabbing pain in their shin. Lucan fell to the ground, clutching their shin.
As for the other four, the being turning to them and held out their open hand, palm up. On it were four enchanted rings. The rings immediately appeared in each of their hands, except that they were no longer rings, they were gold coins. But when each head in the group looked up to thank the being, the Tiefling was gone.

After a few minutes to process what happened and pocket their coins, the group continued on through the ruined Dwarf civilisation. The elves stop dead in their tracks at the sound of water splashing to their left. Did they want to find out what it was or continue on through the ancient city?

Would any of the adventurers like to go check out what it is before returning to the path (and possibly the group if only some go) to continue onward? This is going to be some kind of monster/creature to battle. You can each choose separately, with or without discussing it.

Would your character like to see what the sound was?
