I love eating out and trying new restaurants when I visit other countries. However, it can be hard to find a good place to eat if you’re just walking down the street and see a restaurant. Sometimes, this can be a hit or miss, as not all restaurants have good food. Now, with all the technology that is available, it’s easier to look at restaurant ratings. Besides, you can always get recommendations from locals.
Ten years ago, I went to another state in Mexico that I hadn’t been to before, with a group of friends. At first, we wanted to try a restaurant that a lot of people had recommended us, but we couldn’t find it, so one of the people in my group asked someone in the street if they knew of a good restaurant with local food. Long story short, the food was HORRIBLE. Very amateurish, as if someone who was just learning how to cook made it.
So, have you enjoyed eating out in other countries (or, as in my case, different cities in your own country)?
Have you ever had an unpleasant experience with bad food or bad customer service?
sometimes

Yes, there’s nothing better than eating out in South Korea. Literally nothing. And that’s only 'cause buying groceries is more expensive and you don’t really have big enough kitchens in your apartment.
Well, I haven’t really been out of the U.S yet, but I really want to go to other countries. I was going to be going to the UK but it got canceled because of COVID.
