Those misleading Homescapes ads and the like that try to make you think it’s a ‘choose the object’ type of game, and it’s not.
Some weird game where you have to operate on a clown… it’s an ad for some hidden object type game.

No, it’s some kind of match-3 game, but those ads make it seem like you have to choose the object that you need to repair the house, and if you choose the wrong one, you have to start over.
I didn’t download Homescapes, but I downloaded one called Matchington Mansion that’s super misleading. So I read the Homescapes reviews and they all said that the ads were misleading and that it was just a match-3 game.
