do u see the difference?? like literally how do you even compare them?? i swear the vIkiNGs hAd bRAiDs ToO people are blind or just ignorant. These hairstyles were created to help us survive. We had food in our hair to keep us from starving, we braided maps in our hair to escape us from slavery, these braids and now some hurt white people want in 
no stfu and sit your ass down. wear your little viking braids or whatever but don’t touch afro hair styles. dON’T EVEN LOOK at them the wrong way, don’t wear them they are not yours or apart of your history or istg i will pray to all my ancestors that every piece of hair will fall from your heads. that’s good to know (: but next time i suggest you do further research, specifically from the black disapora where the hairstyles come from instead of just one black person. i’ll be linking some info here in a moment because this a serious topic for me. I might make a whole 'nother post on why it’s appropriative to wear them so yeahhh.

this is also why im angry at kpop 
kpop and south korea in general has such a fasciniation with black culture but they still manage to somehow be prejudiced, racist and not take the black community’s feelings into account (not all) i’m black before i ever am a kpop stan and lemme just saying being a black person who likes kpop music is TIRING
