Yeah, the difference is that this is for vegetarianism thing and not vegans.

I love eating meat, that I don’t think that I can give up on it. 
Usually, when I go to vegetarian shops, their dishes would be quite salty as they want the taste to overpower the texture? 
I don’t like how they use dough as fake meat, you can use tofu or mushrooms as an alternative.
