I know right. I don’t care if I was 11 at the time they had no right to invade my privacy! I really don’t like that aunt who completely corrupted my innocent mind with these inappropriate sex talks. Just because I got my period at 10, doesn’t mean I should be listening to these advice on boys & sex in such details.

My parents never given me that talk either. Not because of religious reasons, I think they know that I would be easily weirded out by it.

I always thought that a diary is for emotional things and a journal for events

I always thought of journals as being more serious than diary’s
Plus diary’s are telling your life pretty much whereas journals can just be for a specific period of time

Yeah, usually journals have some boxes where you fill in something or anything. I’m so used to calling it diary.
