Yeah, hopefully we will get a break from that side of things for a season. That is what I am looking forward too. We need the time to recover and fix the damages that have been made.

I doubt WW3 is going to happen. Weâve seen wars in the past, and majority of the world doesnât want anymore war.

Itâs premature to talk about a war, let alone a WORLD war.
I think that the world is currently split between exaggerating and being too laid back about the situation, so, since Iâm a political nerd and a pain in the as* hereâs my two shots:

The reason why people are afraid that the war may be global is far deeper than just an act of impulsiveness from the USAâs side. Iran has a deal with none less than Russia, if Iran gets attacked, Russia is forced to intervene which will trigger the NATO, involving at least 31 countries. Now, Iran has sweared revenge against the USA, which would lead to a back and forth between the two nations and weâre talking about two nuclear powers. The difference between now and every other threat America has faced after WWII (let me not comment on this 
) is that the triggering event has already happened. I spoke to some of my Iranian friends that said that their TV has been showing Soleimani uninterruptedly since yesterday. Heâs not a random guy, he was an important member of their government.
However I still think that itâs premature to talk about war. While what happened canât be changed we still have the possibility to change whatâs coming next. Iranâs government may be dangerous but theyâre not stupid, if they had the resources to defeat America they wouldâve already done it. If no further act of diplomacy will be taken into consideration (and thinking about how Trump handled the situation by sending them a letter to instruct the government in how to take revenge 
I would say that itâs very likely), Iran would still need the help of Russia to do anything so they would never directly attack the USA. If any act of revenge will seriously happen outside the American land and the USA will not respond to the provocation, Russia wonât get involved and Iran wonât strike again. In that case NATO will probably step up to seek diplomacy and everything will end up fine. I feel like this is the most likely scenario.

Honestly, this is the first time Iâm hearing about this issue, but I do believe that there will be a WW3; I donât know how soon though

I doubt there will be WW3, we have other problems to deal with. Itâs an illogical idea to start another war either way.

WW3 implies that there are gonna be other countries dragged into this. I mean, if Iran retaliates, it makes sense. Are they supposed to just ignore an unprovoked assassination? But itâs not gonna be a world war just because America is a big country. Theyâd need to get other countries from other continents involved.

It looks like things have kinda calmed down, but I kinda do still expect a WW3 soon, mainly between the US and China there is a lot of tension as well, I can feel that exploding some day.
