Uh… with concealer, sure.
I tried liquid lipstick / eyeliner, but it doesn’t feel very comfortable. Generally, I’m more of a powder person, and traditional lipstick. There is one exception, though, for a specific lipstick I own. 
Liquid makeup generally feels a lot heavier. Is it just me ? ~
