I took a nap yesterday and I was incredibly tired when I woke up. I didn’t even want to sleep and I wasn’t tired before that, but then I was so tired that I had to go to sleep earlier. The only good thing about that nap was that I could cuddle with one of my kittens and he fell asleep as well so it was very cute. But he was wide awake afterwards and I was just tired and hungry
I couldn’t fall asleep last night because I took a long nap in the afternoon.
I don’t nap. It feels strange to wake up during the middle of the day after sleeping during the day.

My naps can last for 1-4 hours depending on how tired or sleepy I am. Technically, it’s not a nap anymore because I’m already under a deep sleep.

I used to hate naps when I was a kid. My older relatives always scolded me for not sleeping during the afternoon. And if I sleep, they would promise me that they’ll take me outside after it. But now that I’m older, I love taking naps as much as possible.
I stay up late around 3-7 am, so that means I’m dreadfully tired throughout the day. I take 1 nap per day for a couple hours, but I do wake up feeling tired. After 3-5 minutes of being awake, I feel fine.
Yes, when I’m extremely tired, I do feel less tired. The downside is that I’m not tired so I will stay up later
