They did that in vampire diaries but fans were so upset they brought her back
Oh yeah! I forgot about that. I actually never got that far in the show but I knew about what they did.
Wait you stopped?!?!!?!?!
On WhAt sEAsOn?!
Yep, I did. It was the season when the little brother was turned into a vampire. I got distracted by Supernatural and NCIS: Los Angeles and never went back to it sadly.
that was like, foreverago
YoU mIssEd OuT oN sEaSOn ThrEe!!!
Whoops, was that the season it was in? I thought it was season 4? I guess I missed a lot of the show. I was hoping to see more of Elijah in it.
Hmmm so I’m on season 5 now and Jeremy has been… Different for at least two so…
How many times has Elena fallen off Wickory bridge? -that’s the one where her parents died
Oof I think she only fell once when she drowned then became a vampire. I think.
Oh. That was season 3/4
I think she had been a vampire for a good bit before the brother got turned, I definitely remember Bonnie dying too as a result of a spell she cast.
Bonnie does a lot. More specific please
She closed the rift in the veil between the world of the living and world of the dead. Maybe, I was farther than I realized?
Lol your almost exactly where I am. That happens start of season 5/ end of 4
Oh okay, I couldn’ t remember exactly where it was.
Lmao neither i thought it was two…
I will try to get back to watching it.
Bump?
When is a story too tragic?
When it’s a bad tragedy that’s written wrong.
Killing every single character off (if written well) can be absolutely perfect.
But when not done well it’s just sad
I agree. Tragedy isn’t about the death of the characters, it’s more than that.
You’ve got amazing questions!
If there’s no point behind the tragedy. It doesn’t have to teach a lesson per se but if it feels just arbitrary and unnecessary, it dulls the impact (unless of the message is about life being arbitrary, that could be an exception).
