I like to have two large meals a day, lunch and dinner! If I wake up early I’d also eat breakfast, just cereal. I also sometimes have snacks in between my meals but nothing special, just some fruit or something like that! I just focus on lunch and dinner (even if I don’t eat much) and I try not to eat anything else!
What about you, @Foodies? Do you eat many smaller portions or fewer larger portions each day?
My everything is smaller portions nowadays. Be it lunch or dinner (I skip breakfast a lot). Before lockdown, I used to eat a lot. After lockdown, my propensity to get hungry has lowered down.
