I don’t personally. Couldn’t tell you the last time I ever was genuinely sick lol. I have yet to catch Covid as well. I was only a child when I was genuinely sick and throwing up around flu season/when the stomach bug would go around.
Nope. I haven’t had a cold since December 2019, and that one was because my nephews both had a cold and sneezed and coughed on me. I don’t have any allergies, either, and I usually only get stomach infections if I eat something expired or old.
I do get migraine headaches often, but that’s about it.
Speaking as someone who used to get sick four times a year, but hasn’t been sick since the pandemic guidelines began to be enforced…it’s all about social distancing , keeping your hands clean, and eating plenty of greens.
i deal with recurrent low white blood cells, it’s not constant but it’s still there, and it means that my immune system is weaker than the average
so yeah i do tend to get sick easily (more so during high stress periods)
