You do not have to divulge this information if you are not comfortable with talking about it. Just don’t list your doctor’s name, place where they work, and any major things like that. For instance, I have an appointment setup for the first dose of the covid vaccine on Thursday. I need to schedule my eye doctor appointment and get new glasses.

I have an appointment with the chiropractor this afternoon. I’ve been seeing the chiropractor since 2018, and it has helped me a lot to not have headaches so frequently.
