When I get back home from the states yes - more protein, lose weight but build muscle, be the hottest girl in the gym

My boyfriend has been out of town for a week so I’ve been home alone and eating things that he normally doesnt like… including more carbs than are probably necessary.
Tomorrow, when hes back, I will go back to actually paying attention and not having ice cream for breakfast.
