The question is easy: Do you like historical fiction?
I kind of like it, but not all of it. I easily get tired of the language they used and how everything is just so different from how it is today.
What do you think about it?

I love a story where some elements are based in reality such as historical events.
The emigration from Sweden/Europe to the US is very interesting and shaped both Sweden and parts of USA. A lot of Swedes emigrated to Minnesota and Canada and there is a well known book series about a family that starts in Sweden and then emigrates. One of the characters wants to go to California to find gold and they bring up the yellow fever (I think). Very interesting!

If it’s like a fantasy historical story, then YES! But, if it’s a normal historical story, then no thank you.
