Yeah, I do. In my opinion, art is anything that comes from a place of creativity, and cartoons are definitely creative! Not to mention the fact that a cartoon has to be drawn out before it’s animated.

I super do, especially the cartoons/comics that really lean into that. Even Spongebob has its moments of obvious creativity.

Even if they look really simple, they’re usually harder to draw than they look and it means that someone had to take the time to draw them
