Personally I do eat healthy food for my health with consist of rice, meat, vegetables and fruits. I do also take some junk food from time to time, or when I’m hungry. I usually eat 75% healthy food and 25% junk food.
There’s a lot of junk foods I like eating. I do like to eat a mix of unhealthy and healthy foods.
Some healthy dishes that my dad or grandma make, but also fast food too. I do eat a LOT of instant noodles weekly, so that’s not really a good thing.
Yeah! some of it’s good, so why not? I don’t force myself to eat healthy foods that I don’t enjoy. If I like it, i’ll eat it.
I’m not sure. I think I eat more unhealthy foods, but the doctors still say I’m quite healthy so I don’t think I’m overdoing it. I don’t really pay attention. I just eat whatever I like
Healthy food or healthy eating means eating a variety of foods that give you the nutrients you need to maintain your health feel good, and have energy.
I’ve also started exercising which is pretty rad and it make me feel good.
I still eat junk though because yes I love junk food too.
